Our Commitment

TX Card Shows is built around community, respect, and fun. We aim to create a welcoming and safe environment for collectors, vendors, and attendees of all backgrounds.

 

Expected Behavior

All participants agree to:

• Treat others with respect and professionalism

• Keep trading and sales honest and transparent

• Follow all venue and event staff instructions

• Keep aisles clear and maintain clean booth areas

• Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior

• Respect photography or filming boundaries when asked

 

Unacceptable Behavior

The following will not be tolerated:

• Harassment, hate speech, or discrimination of any kind

• Theft, counterfeiting, or fraudulent activity

• Intoxication or disorderly conduct

• Selling prohibited items (weapons, explicit materials, etc.)

• Tampering with event property or vendor spaces

 

Enforcement

Violations may result in:

• Immediate removal from the event without refund

• Revocation of future vendor or attendee privileges

• Notification to law enforcement when appropriate

 

Reporting

If you experience or witness a violation, please report it immediately to event staff or email hello@txcardshows.com. All reports will be handled promptly and respectfully.
