These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of TXCardShows.com and participation in TX Card Shows events (“Events”). By purchasing a ticket, table, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. General Terms

   1. TX Card Shows is operated by TX Card Shows LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”).

   2. By purchasing or attending an event, you agree to comply with all event rules and this website’s policies.

   3. We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time.

2. Ticket & Table Sales

   1. All ticket and vendor table sales are final unless otherwise stated.

   2. Tickets and tables are non-transferable unless permission is granted by TX Card Shows.

   3. Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be replaced.

   4. Vendors must comply with setup and teardown times and all venue policies.

3. Cancellations & Changes

   1. Event dates, times, and venues are subject to change.

   2. If an event is canceled by us, purchasers may receive a credit or refund at our discretion.

   3. Refunds will not be issued for attendee or vendor no-shows.

4. Conduct and Compliance
   All attendees and vendors agree to follow our Events Code of Conduct (see below) and all applicable laws.

5. Liability

   1. Participation is at your own risk.

   2. TX Card Shows LLC, its staff, and affiliates are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property while attending or participating in an event.

   3. Vendors are responsible for their own merchandise, insurance, and sales tax compliance.

6. Intellectual Property
   All logos, images, and content on TXCardShows.com are the property of TX Card Shows LLC or its partners and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Governing Law
   These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be handled in courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
